Shipping policy

We do our best to make sure every item we ship is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We only use the best shipping companies that have tracking information available throughout the package's journey while keeping shipping charges as low as possible

All the shipments are provided using below methods depending on country of destination:

FedEx
UPS
GLS
Inpost

When your shipment is ready, we will notify you by sending you the tracking number via email. It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking number to show as "invalid". Shipping notifications may also be sent via SMS directly from the logistics company

If you are not located in the European Union (EU), please note that in addition to paying for your order, you may be charged customs duties and taxes applicable to your country. When the shipment reaches your country, the logistics company or customs office may contact you.

Goods will usually be shipped within 2-10 business days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated in the order.
